On 3 July, our school community came together for an afternoon of entertainment, creativity, and celebration at our School Talent Show. The event featured three sections—Years 1 & 2, Years 3 & 4, and Years 5 & 6—showcasing the many talents of our amazing tamariki.
We would like to congratulate all students who auditioned for the Talent Show. It takes a great deal of courage to stand in front of an audience and share your talents, and every student who took part should be incredibly proud of their efforts. The performances were of a high standard and reflected the confidence, dedication, and enthusiasm of our students.
The audience was treated to a wonderful variety of acts, including singing, dancing, and magic tricks. Each act brought something unique to the stage and made for an enjoyable and memorable afternoon.
A special congratulations goes to all of our finalists, who entertained and impressed the audience with their outstanding performances. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to our judges, Whaea Mina and Terri Donaldson, for generously giving their time to support this event and for the difficult task of selecting the winners.
Thank you to Whaea Jeni and Miss Malone for their hard work in organising such a successful event. We also acknowledge our Kapa Haka group and Whaea Mina for their wonderful performances in opening and closing the show, helping to make the afternoon extra special.
The Talent Show was a fantastic celebration of student confidence, creativity, and achievement. It was wonderful to see so many students stepping outside their comfort zones, supporting one another, and sharing their gifts with our school community. What a fantastic afternoon for our school!
