Speech Finals - 2026

On Wednesday 17 June, our school proudly hosted the Speech Finals, showcasing the talents of 14 finalists from Years 4–6. The standard of speaking was exceptionally high, with students presenting a wonderful variety of topics that reflected their creativity, knowledge, confidence, and individuality.

Each finalist delivered their speech with poise and enthusiasm, demonstrating excellent preparation and impressive public speaking skills. We are incredibly proud of all the students who took part and commend them for the courage, commitment, and effort they invested in reaching the finals.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our judges for giving their time and expertise to support this event. We also appreciate the parents and whānau who attended and encouraged our students throughout the competition.

Congratulations to our prize winners on their outstanding achievements. However, every finalist should feel proud of their success in reaching this stage and sharing their voice with such confidence.

It was a memorable event that celebrated student achievement and the power of effective communication. Well done to all involved.
