Athletics 2025

Our primary school athletics day was a wonderful success, with fantastic weather setting the perfect scene for a day full of energy, fun, and teamwork. Our students shone brightly, demonstrating outstanding behaviour and living our school values in every event. Their enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and encouragement of one another made us incredibly proud. We were also delighted to see so many whānau come along to support—your presence helped create a warm, joyful atmosphere that lifted everyone’s spirits.

A very special thank you goes to our dedicated timekeepers, place judges, recorders, support staff, and teachers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the day ran smoothly. Your organisation and teamwork played a huge part in making the event so successful. Most importantly, every child took part with a smile and a positive attitude, embracing each challenge and celebrating each other's efforts. It was a wonderful day of community, participation, and pride—one we will remember fondly.

Some of the children were then selected to take part in the Bream Bay inter-school athletics held at Waipu Primary. It was a great day with many great achievements for our students.  Tu meke tamariki!
